We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective product (must be informed within 24 hours)
- Incorrect size (must be unused and with tags)
Non-Returnable:
- Items on sale/discount
- Used, washed, or damaged items by the customer
How to Return:
- Email us at [email protected] or reach out in our WhatsApp with order details and reason.
- Once we verify the exchange request, our team will initiate the pick-up for the item(s) to be exchange.
- We will process your exchange only after receiving and inspecting the item(s).
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the fault is on our end.
