We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product (must be informed within 24 hours)
  • Incorrect size (must be unused and with tags)

Non-Returnable:

  • Items on sale/discount
  • Used, washed, or damaged items by the customer

How to Return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] or reach out in our WhatsApp with order details and reason.
  2. Once we verify the exchange request, our team will initiate the pick-up for the item(s) to be exchange.
  3. We will process your exchange only after receiving and inspecting the item(s).

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the fault is on our end.
